Daily Yoga, Pilates and Fitness classes. Our practices include: Yoga - Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Power Core Hot Yoga; Pilates - Pilates mat, Pilates ball, Pilates machines (Classic), Pilates machines (Konnectors); Fitness - GAP glutes abdominal legs, Body Fit functional circuit training, Crosstraining, Bungee Fitness. We suggest 2-5 classes per day depending on your current level of fitness
One 75-min Indian relaxation massage on the heated volcanic rock floor of our Ganban room
One 60-min body sculpt detox massage with manual lymphatic drainage
One 90-min sound healing therapy live session with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, shamanic drum, flute and other instruments with low frequency sound waves that promote meditative states and deep relaxation of body and mind
Daily 30 minutes sound baths relaxation and meditation sessions in our Ganban room, with heated volcanic rock floor and immersive 8-column sound system
A Workshop on wellness topics like mindfulness, meditation and stress; healthy eating and longevity (on Mondays)
Guided meditations (on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

What happens after I book?
Right away you’ll get a confirmation email from Retreat Guru with a recap of what you booked.

Within 48 hours, you’ll get a second message, this one will be from the host of your retreat. They may request that you fill out a medical questionaire, have a call with them or do additional screening. In the unlikely scenario that you don’t pass the additional screening, you’ll be fully refunded.

Once you get final confirmation from your retreat host, go ahead and book your transportation to the retreat and get ready for your transformative experience.
Should I wait for a confirmation before booking my flight?
Yes! Please wait until you get confirmation from your retreat host until you book any non-refundable transportation. You’ll hear from the host within 48 hours of booking.
How and when do I pay my remaining balance?
The retreat host will confirm when your balance is due and how to pay. Most retreats require payment shortly before or upon arrival. Often your remaining balance is payable via Paypal or by bringing cash to your retreat.
